Computers' toll on the eyes

Article Abstract:

People who spend their day looking at a computer monitor screen often complain of problems related to eyestrain. Glare, improper positioning of the equipment and failure to take rest breaks are more often the problem than poor equipment. Tips to prevent eyestrain are included.
