Effective leadership relies on mutually held core values that are incorporated in managerial policies. These values can be found in historical and traditional social processes, and include respect, trust, responsibility and fairness. Deployed with tangible business concepts such as competencies and goals, core values can improve management and enhance business efficiencies.
