Creating a gem of a career

Article Abstract:

A review of technological and demographic trends that would shape, develop and guide the career and professional life is presented. The next generation of online job services would give more control to the employer than the job seeker and candidates are forced to state their skills and interests honestly rather than just apply for a job with a large starting salary and in future employers are not going to advertise job openings but just find the right candidates.
