Deutsche puts its mistakes behind it

Article Abstract:

The Deutsche Bank in Australia is doing well despite three major slip-ups in 1997 and 1998. Underwriting the Olympic gold Packages issue, partly funding Graeme Hart's bid on Burns Philp and AMP share acquisition showed poor judgment. However, it still ranks first in stock exchange volume and has 10.4% of market share. The comapny's balance sheet is proof of its surviving these mistakes.
