Article Abstract:

Statistics show economic growth in the first quarter of 1984 while economic trends point to little significant growth. Economists are hoping for economic growth, especially with inflation remaining low. Housing is expected to increase once interest rates stabilize. Gross National Product (GNP) rates and the mood of the economy is included.
