Ethics in project management: issues, practice, and motive

Article Abstract:

One of the most important issues faced by project managers is on ethics. The deadlines, budget concerns, time and cost uncertainties and temporary assignment of personnel are factors that lead to situations in which the temptation to commit unethical practices is strong. The level of ethical practice may be raised through leadership examples, transparency or openness in all transactions through the use of receipts and the creative use of media and the strong advocation of ethical practices in the company.
