Fallon McElligott quits the race for Budget Rent a Car account

Article Abstract:

Advertising agency Fallon McElligott ceased its efforts to win Budget Rent a Car's creative account, despite being informed that it had been favored over other contenders. Fallon stated that disagreement over compensation and financial issues led to its decision. Budget announced that its account has since been awarded to Cliff Freeman and Partners, whose advertising campaigns for Fox Sports and Little Caesars made a positive impression on the rental car agency's vice president of marketing, Mike Gavelek.
