A survey of Australian family businesses shows that 68% of CEOs plan to retire within 10 years and 76% would consider selling if an offer was made. The overall value of the family business sector has grown to $3.2 trillion. Family business owners should consider succession planning so that they will be able to enjoy their retirement.
