When it comes to companies with global approach, small is good, especially with knowledge intensive companies. 'CHEMGENEX', a small biotech company based at Geelong, Victoria, with operations in Sanfrancisco is a good example. It's staff strength is only 8 members but its R&D is outsourced and looked after by more than 40 members.
