Froth and trouble

Article Abstract:

The younger generation is opting for ready-to-drink spirits over the traditional beer. This trend is a cause of concern to the Beer manufacturing companies like Lion Nathan and Foster's Group. The recent launch of a new product called B to the E by the American brewer Anheuser-Busch is being watched with a great deal of concern by the Australian breweries, the success of which could mark the reentry of Beer in the fray.

Madison and Vine are becoming an important part of the marketing business as intersection of advertising and content became more sophisticated.

Companies developing new products need unbiased, independent data when conducting product research. Qualitative research from focus groups can be useful, but those findings are often limited and should be tested with quantitative research.
