Further evidence on the validity of the theoretical models underlying the Baldridge criteria

Article Abstract:

An evaluation of the Baldridge framework for quality management and quality management models is provided. A path analysis tests the validity of the initial framework developed in 1988 and the revisions of 1992 and 1997. This analysis proved the validity of the initial framework and each of the revisions plus provides further improvements.

An exploratory study of the nature of cumulative capabilities

Article Abstract:

On conducting a study to find out more about cumulative capabilities it was discovered that there were environmental dependencies in their pattern. Industry maturity and country were identified as important contingency factors that determined the performances of an industry.
