Gaining bilateral benefit through holistic performance management and reporting

Article Abstract:

Several studies on Business Excellence revealed that companies with developed performance management systems typically tend to have superior success in terms of financial, customer satisfaction and shareholder value. A research design is presented to describe the various reasons for the improved performance depending on selected context-variables.

Does industry matter? Examining the role of industry structure and organizational learning in innovation and brand performance

Article Abstract:

The relationship between industry environment, organizational learning, innovation and a firm's brand performance was examined. The results underlined the influence of market-focused learning and internally focused learning over innovation and that innovation significantly influenced the performance of a brand.

Organizational commitment and performance among guest workers and citizens of an Arab country

Article Abstract:

The relationships among organizational commitment, guest workers status, and the dimensions of individual performance are explored in a unique style. Its implications are discussed and future research directions are identified.
