Going mobile. Quietly, B2B marketers are finding new applications for mobile platforms

Article Abstract:

Ravi Kalakota, CEO and founder of E-business Strategies, presented research information that shows companies that have embraced using the Internet for marketing will be better placed than companies that have not done so. He points out that m-commerce (mobile commerce) consists of four elements (new innovation opportunities, supply chain operations focus, customer focus, and operational focus) connected by and controlled by breakthrough platforms (applications and infrastructure).
