Article Abstract:

The benefits of offering flexible working hours benefit to staff are discussed. A number of companies in Australia, like ProScribe, Westpac Banking Corporation and Exxon Mobil Australia are coming up with policies that will enable their employees to work from their homes. However, a number of organizations still want to treat this type of working as a facility to their employees rather than part of the mainstream functioning.
