Killing Bambi

Article Abstract:

Managers need to deal with the non-performing staff as early as possible and if the need of the hour demands, remove them from jobs. This process is termed as "killing Bambi." This plays a pivotal role in small and medium sized businesses where the owners develop close relationships with workers. Strategies on effective management of staff are also discussed.
