King of the dairy

Article Abstract:

The strategies adopted by New Zealand based dairy products co-operative Fonterra Foods in its business dealings with the Chinese are discussed. The company holds 80% of the market share of imports of dairy ingredients in China. Fonterra is planning to enter the consumer products segment through acquisition of local companies in China.

GE corn could be the answer

The rising prices of gas raises the need to look for alternate cost effective fuel. If cheaper fuel can be produced from genetically modified plants, then future of the energy market and agriculture will never be the same again.
