Charismatic leadership in contemporary management debates

Article Abstract:

The relationship between the individual and society is considered as the concept of charismatic leadership that lies at the heart of certain fundamental debates in the social sciences. It is believed that if charismatic traits can be learned and developed then the affective and subjective dimensions of follower relations with regard to charismatic leadership would be fruitful ground for future interdisciplinary research.
