Article Abstract:

The incentives of venture capitalists (VCs) proved to be inefficient when it comes to enhancing current ventures and assessing new ventures for possible capital allocation. VCs do not have incentives that will help entrepreneurs and general partners utilize their profits to the fullest. They also provided less frequent attention on ventures and venture funds than needed to optimize profits of enterpreneurs and limited partners.
