The legal battle between Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC), Westfield Holdings and the Brisbane City Council over the construction of Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) building complex is ready to be resolved. Section 32 of Airports Act 1996 does not entitle airport operators to do non airport business. The proceedings are discussed.
