Market neglect

Article Abstract:

A report commissioned by Australian Federal Government squarely blames Tourism Australia, Qantas, and JAL for the receding earnings from tourists from Japan. However, Australian Tourism Export Council, a body that represents the tourism operators in the country, is confident that the initiatives launched by the three will bear fruit. The Federal Government's report has also suggested some measures to improve Australia's market share in tourism.
