Meet minimum requirements: anything more is too much

Article Abstract:

Any project plan must meet the minimum requirements which includes only the necessary functions to succeed. A common mistake made in planning projects is trying to accomplish so many requirements instead of taking only the minimum requirements. More often than not, taking on so much work might be overwhelming and in the long run, would lead to not accomplishing anything. Meeting only the minimum requirements would considerably shorten the duration of the project but with superior performance and credibility, which would be more beneficial to the customers.

How to run an effective meeting

Article Abstract:

Most meetings are considered a waste of time because they are poorly planned and conducted. However, there are guidelines that can help correct this problem. First, it must be made sure that important people involved in the agenda are properly informed and have committed to join. Second, meetings should be started on time. Third, the person who will preside during the meeting should be made known among all attendees.
