Competitive advantage and internal organizational assessment

Article Abstract:

The analysis of an organization's strength and weakness entails four stages. The first stage involves the initial survey of human resources, technology enhancement, infrastructure, procurement, logistics and operations. The second stage requires the categorization of the organizational strength and weaknesses. The third stage involves the investigation of the origin of competitive advantage. Lastly, an evaluation of competitive advantage regarding resources and capabilities is needed.
