The performance of the shares in Value Line Inc.'s portfolios for the first weeks of 2008 is evaluated. Value Line's holdings fell in the first two weeks of the year, but the selections declined by only less than the broad market benchmarks.The changes made in the portfolios for the second week of February 2008, and the stock's timeliness, safety and financial strength ratings are also presented.
