More bark, more bite for a hungry watchdog

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission will receive funding of A$73 million in 2001 to 2002, from A$57 million in 1999 to 2000. The most significant element of the increased funding is the creation of a litigation reserve fund, beginning at A$10 million.
