Network structure and innovation ambiguity effects on diffusion in dynamic organizational fields

Article Abstract:

The foundations for new computational and empirical research along with guidelines for management and public policy are established by modeling diffusion through growing networks in dynamic populations. Exploring the structural effects on innovation transfer at the system level provides guidance for network-building interventions and intelligent design of growing networks.

The Dynamic Nature of Conflict: A Longitudinal Study of Intragroup Conflict and Group Performance

A research into higher performance in a group found that a particular pattern of conflict, value systems, high levels of trust and respect, open discussions within the group, conflict being the awareness of discrepancies, incompatibilities and irreconcilable desires.

A longitudinal examination of the influence of mentoring on organizational commitment and turnover

Article Abstract:

Over 1,000 U.S. Army officers responded to two surveys over a two-year period on mentoring. Results indicated that mentoring was positively related to affective commitment and negatively related to "turnover behavior ".
