Article Abstract:
The evolving character of Canadian electronic commerce legislation is examined, focusing on pending bills and federal, provincial and territorial statutes. Topics include on-line contracting issues, such as offer, acceptance, formation, and signing; a comparison of Canadian and US electronic commerce law; and a listing of current and pending legislation for Ontario, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Quebec, and the Yukon.
