Obeya: room with many views

Article Abstract:

Toyota extends its world-renowned systems of knowledge management and sharing as it is a leader in the art of sharing knowledge internally and the company conducts meetings in "obeya" which means big room. "Obeya" encourages face-to-face meetings speeding up the use of knowledge, devolving responsibility, and since knowledge cannot be managed, it can only be enabled, helping this to occur.
