Integration of the supply chain for total through-cost reduction

Article Abstract:

Management of the British Steel Engineering Steels (BSES) is presented as a way to integrate a supply chain that reduces through-costs. Use of BSES products in the automotive industry, process activity maps, and changing attitudes of immediate customers and end-users are discussed.
