Color digital copiers at Xerox, electronic postal meters at Pitney Bowes and the spread of automatic teller machines for Diebold are just three examples of this phenomenon. Office equipment & supplies industry

Article Abstract:

Successful product introduction is one of the key elements for the solid earnings of the leading office equipment and supplies firms in 1996 and 1997. A major goal for companies in this industry is the acquisition of forms management accounts, although traditional business forms sales have declined. Retailer prospects in this industry are also mixed. Investors must emphasize market leadership and timeliness for 1996 when selecting stocks.
