Bush backs off on Clinton's Moscow visit

Pres Bush stopped criticizing Gov Clinton's activities in Moscow in 1969, after many Republicans and legislators criticized Bush's statements. Instead, Bush focused on criticizing Clinton's demonstrations against the Vietnam War.
