Article Abstract:

Statistics of some of the companies in the Real estate investment trust industry and their securities rankings as of October 21, 2005 are furnished. Increase in interest rates are bound to hurt the earnings of some of the companies in this sector but over all, the industry is not expected to perform badly as some of the companies will continue to show upward movement.
