RepuTex is a corporate social responsibility rating company in Australia. Recently, the company issued a media release wherein it stated that all ORDS and ASX300 outperformed by new social responsibility investment index. The inference of the sentence would be that stocks of companies with high CSR performed better than other shares. This statement is not true at all and could mean some problems for the company.
