Reverse logistics as a means of reducing the cost of quality

Article Abstract:

A diagnostic tool is developed for examining the impact of reverse logistics management on quality management and cost parameters. The implementation of the diagnostic tool helps in achieving final cost reduction, better understanding and control of processes, systematic and effective measurement of cost of quality, and improvement in customer service activities.

Total quality management, high-commitment human resource strategy and firm performance: An empirical study

Article Abstract:

The links between total quality management (TQM) and a high-commitment strategy on financial results are examined. Results indicate that a TQM strategy can be successfully implemented through a human resource strategy monitoring the commitment and involvement of employees at all levels in the organization with quality objectives.

Integration of work measurement and total quality management

Article Abstract:

The relationship between work measurement and Total Quality Management (TQM) is examined. The acceptance of work measurement, fear or distrust due to time standards, cooperation and teamwork, quality, productivity and continuous improvement were unaffected by the use of time standards in different areas by companies.
