Charles Schwab Corp's 2002 year-over-year share net fell in a sluggish economy so that share-net growth will be minimal in 2003. Strong earnings prospects in 3-5 years assuming a stock market and economic recovery, but as of now, shares are untimely for investment with limited appreciation potentia out to 2006-2008 as company transforms into a full-service brokerage.
