Software newcomer's blue-chip campaign

Article Abstract:

Stephen Kirkby and Simon Ronald, founders of Internet software company Maxamine International, developed clients, a product, and a capital-raising strategy before making and securing a formal approach for venture capital. Kirkby and Ronald developed Maxametric, software that creates on-screen maps of the way Web sites work. Kirkby and Ronald secured the financial planning services of Robert Norton's Playford Centre, which led to the $2 million investment by Anwin Management.
