Article Abstract:

Multiple magazine covers mean more money for publishers and collectors because of increased newsstand sales. Time Inc. published multiple covers for its October 26, 1999 issue. Other publications that have made money from multiple magazine covers include Seventeen, TV Guide, Sports Illustrated and Spin, a music magazine. Arthur Kaminsky, a magazine collector would love to add that Time magazine multiple covers to his archive.

John Meacham

Newsweek magazine's managing editor John Meacham, at 29 is a young, but very experienced and wise magazine editor. He was promoted to his new position in November 1998. He is the second in command of Newsweek's Editorial Department. He supervises the Periscope, Nationan Affairs and Science and Technology sections of Newsweek.
