Strategic business nets--their type and management

Article Abstract:

A value-system continuum that forms the basis for classifying different types of strategic networks is proposed. The classification of such networks is suggested and discussed with illustrative examples, which is followed by identification and analysis of the core managerial questions and capabilities required in management in strategic networks.

Business performance and dimensions of strategic orientation

An investigation of medium and large, high technology, and industrial manufacturing firms with a review of the strategic orientation and business performance literature is done. Results reveal that firmEs emphasis upon analysis, defensiveness, and futurity in strategic orientation is related to business performance.

Explanations from the marketing/human resources dyad for marketing strategy implementation effectiveness in service firms

Article Abstract:

The marketing/human resources (HR) dyad is examined and a set of eight hypotheses is tested to contribute to this limited platform. Findings reveal that psychosocial outcomes do have important effects on marketing strategy implementation effectiveness.
