The effects of an integrative supply chain strategy on customer service and financial performance: an analysis of direct versus indirect relationships

Article Abstract:

An integrative supply chain strategy, recognizes that integrated business processes, that create value for the firm's customers, and the major two components are studied. The results of study, showed both positive direct relationships as well as indirect relationship, between integrated supply chain strategy, with customer service performance and financial performance.

The effects of internal versus external integration practices on time-based performance and overall firm performance

Article Abstract:

External strategic design and internal design-process are the two categories of integration practices that companies employ to achieve time-based competition. The results of the study on the automotive supply industry are presented that examine the relation of the two integration practices with time-to-market, time-to-product and customer responsiveness.
