Successful entrepreneurs are thought of as mavericks, operating outside conventional business structures and armed only with good idea and a lot of hard work. A New Zealand forest products company Carter Holt Harvey (CHH) that has an extensive operations and a stockmarket listing in Australia, has built an entrepreneurial culture within the company, which is proving to be profitable.
