The decision of a knowledge-based decision support system to support the information analyst in determining requirements

Article Abstract:

A study was conducted to evaluate the application of decision support systems (DSS) in the determination of information requirements. The study focuses on the need for accurate requirements determination as a vital part of the systems development life cycle. Modeling supply chain dynamics: a multiagent approach

Article Abstract:

A supply chain modeling framework was developed to circumvent the problem of the need for much time and effort in formulating an accurate simulation model. The strategy is to construct supply chain models from software components that symbolize the kinds of supply chain agents, their constituent control elements and their interaction standards. This multiagent strategy allows performance to be evaluated from a variety of organizational viewpoints.
