The family business and its social responsibilities

Article Abstract:

The motive of family businesses should not be only to "increase the owners economic value" but to also be socially responsible. The opinions of 44 academics regarding family business and its social responsibility are discussed. It is concluded that for the successful continuity of family business they must also be socially responsible.
