Article Abstract:

Today organizations are changing rapidly but still more evolutionary changes are required. The solution is a new framework that builds on the strengths of classic strategy frameworks while tackling the needs of a changing business environment. The Value Chimera helps firms manage their value-adding process to target multiple customer groups in complex business environments. The strategy and structure of Value Chimera as against conventional strategy shapes are discussed.
