Some of the hot and cold spots of 2003 are reviewed by undertaking a rapid world tour, looking at stocks, currencies and bonds, with a brief comment about gold in the end. In October 2002 although, the stocks were very low, as time passed, in 2003 the investors gained satisfaction that the year-end would probably have market gains instead of losses.
