The relationship between total quality management practices and their effect on firm performance

Recent research on total quality management (TQM), has examined the relationship between the practices of quality management, and various levels of organizational performance of the American industries. The implications of the findings, for researchers and practitioners, are discussed and further research directions are offered.

The measurement of quality management culture in schools: development and validation of the SQMCS

A survey instrument, for measuring the culture of Quality Management (QM) in K-12 educational settings, is developed. Measures of fit interpretability, reliability and validation, provides verified scales for evaluating multiple aspects of the quality culture of school.
