The roles played by interorganizational contracts and justice in marketing channel relationships

Article Abstract:

Explicit and normative contracting and distributive and procedural fairness perceptions are examined for their impact on conflict and satisfaction within wholesaler-supplier relationships. Conflict was limited via both procedural and distributive justice.
