Article Abstract:

A profile of ETM Group of Companies, a combination of boutique corporate travel, conference management and graphic design business , is presented. The startup commenced its operations in 2001, the year in which the World Trade Center was targeted by the terrorists. The startup survived the ensuing downturn to report revenue of $7.9 million for the year 2003-04. David Hummerston, Leon Burman and Jan Upton, the founders of the company trace the growth of the startup.
