Who wins the global game?

Article Abstract:

Current globalization arrangements among large G7 countries do not adequately disperse wealth. Nearly half of the world is mired in recession or a period of slow growth. Australia, as a nation, must make investments in migration and infrastructure projects that expand into rural regions to boost prosperity. The country also has to stress education and promote a globally competitive tax system.

Now for the big challenges

Article Abstract:

Australia's new government must pay attention to how policies affect companies such as Telstra and Qantas, who are failing to compete internationally. When foreign carriers gain permission to operate in Australia, equal access should be granted for Australian companies abroad. Also, the tax system must be reformed to decrease the burden on talented persons.
