MJ Pharma (MJP) has incurred net loss of Rs0.94 crore in the third quarter of 1998-99. It posted sales of Rs8.23 crore. MJP hived off its Halol unit as a separate company, Sibal Pharmaceuticals. Its shareholders will receive shares of Sibal in the ratio of 1:2 taking its equity to Rs3 crore. For the nine- month period it incurred net loss of Rs1.92 crore on sales of Rs25.85 crore. (gs)(psr)
