Stabex method for extension of alpha-polynomial hereditary classes

Article Abstract:

A set Stabex (F, v) associated with a graph F and a vertex v is defined. A change in F with Stabex (F, v) in the list of forbidden induced subgraphs for P (alpha-polynomial hereditary class), obtains an alpha-polynomial extension of P.
