A survey of customer satisfaction barometers: some results from the transportation-communications sector

Article Abstract:

A study to measure customer satisfaction at the transportation-communications sector within the frame of development and installation of national barometers is presented. After analyzing the satisfaction barometers using different models and the basic methodological tools, it is concluded that the national customer satisfaction indices are macro-indicators and allows comparison between organisations, sectors, industries and countries.

Multicriteria methodology for the evaluation of a Greek engineering department

Article Abstract:

A study dealing with the evaluation of an Engineering Department based on the principles of multicriteria analysis and preference disaggregation modelling is presented. The determination of the critical points that affect student's satisfaction from their training and graduate's acceptance from the labour market constitute the results of the evaluation.
